The Heathman Hotel in Downtown Portland exceeded all expectations. the staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. the complimentary beverage at check-in was a nice touch. the library was a standout feature, perfect for unwinding with a good book. the rooms were comfortable and clean, although the bed could have been a bit softer. the location was safe, with plenty of amenities nearby. Overall, a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend to others.
